A gentle introduction to the practice of spiritual direction. While a good book for anyone, I believe that the book, especially the last two chapters , is more likely to resonate deeply with women. Torn between 3 and 4 stars. I will read a second time in a year and might bump up my rating then.
The best one from this beautiful series that I have read so far. This is just lovely. She writes artfully and draws on awesome resources, she has a spiritual, motherly and humble perspective. This is a book I hope I have the joy to come back to again and again.
The author shares a loving and evocative meditation on the experience of spiritual direction from the perspective of a wise and hospitable spiritual director.
This book is a series of meditations on the "walking stories" of Holy Scripture, beginning with the expulsion from Eden.
