Tara has been expelled from school and the Unit is her last hope. Unfortunately while there she meets some kids who are caught up in the drug culture and she soon becomes a user of "soft" drugs like hash. Meanwhile she has started seeing Liam, who has been an addict and hates Tara being mixed up in this life. Everything comes to a head at a club where the local drug dealer gives Tara some pills for free, and then slips 2 into Liam's drink without him noticing - with devastating consequences.
