Can't make a general pronouncement now, remember only that I somewhat sympathized with the author's reservations about Peter Singer, but the summary of my reading notes after reading it was:

Oderberg is a conventionalist and a scrupulous hedger, but probably not a CIA contractor. He defies progressive stereotypes. He does not meet my criterion of providing a motivational basis for ethical short-range decisions, that can hold the balance against strategically disastrous short-range show more business decisions. show less
