The Biker Cookbook: More than 100 Recipes from America's Hungriest Motorcycle Enthusiasts by Spuds Murphy
This is a funky little book chock full of unhealthy comfort food recipes (the best kind in my book). A thin little 62 page hardcover with over 100 recipes ranging from "Grits, Redeye Gravy and Ham" for breakfast to a "Bust-a-Gut Meatball Hero" for lunch (and dinner) and if you're up for dessert, fix up a passel of "Maple Popcorn" (yes, it's pretty much maple syrup drizzled over popcorn). None of these recipes are too taxing which is why so many can be so easily tucked into the 62 pages.
I show more would have preferred more pictures of the bikers themselves, but the few you do see are, um, a bit zaftig which might be off putting in most cookbooks but I doubt that would be a problem for this one.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to whip up a bunch of "Hot Hot Hot Chicken Thighs" which will probably go straight to my "Fat Fat Fat Person Thighs."
Yummy. show less
