What if dragons were real? This movie shows the negative consequences of that reality. Lots of fun but grim nonetheless.
Two FBI agents investigate spooky cases.
The show's sense of humor is growing rapidly. A few episodes this season are outright silly, and they are brilliant. Meanwhile, the more serious episodes continue to be pretty dumb, especially where the main story arc is concerned.

Two FBI agents investigate a conspiracy.
For the most part it's just a long episode of the show (and a pretty boring one), with explosions and extra helicopters (so many helicopters!) to justify a feature-film budget. The final act does have a scale that would be pretty epic for a TV show in the 90's, which I guess would have been kind of interesting, to introduce that sort of thing while the show is still ongoing. It's aged very badly, though.
