Readable, exhaustive book on this very intense part of German history. If your looking for a detailed look into World War II you might be disappointed.
The last of a three volume history of Germany. Although very long and incredibly detailed, I found it good to read and very useful for understanding German history.
A good history, but the same criticism as the other volumes, a lot of information compressed into a small volume. I think a lot is left out.
Covers the religious ascept from 1200 up to 1600s to time of the 30 year war.
