As you probably know diabetics need to keep a close eye on their blood sugar and these recipes help them with knowing how much to serve. We are on our second book because we use it so much.

Taste of Home cookbooks are some of the best! They use real recipes that use normal everyday ingredients that can be found in your home. I love the casserole recipes especially for breakfast.
