Jane Butel's Chili Madness: A Passionate Cookbook (The Jane Butel Library) by Jane Butel

I thought this cookbook was about cooking with chiles but it is about different recipes for chili con carne. As a Texan, the only recipe for chili has ground meat and no beans.
