Good 'how-to' pictures and identify this fish in the store pics, but because it was put together from 2 of her previous books, tends to be lots of info smushed into a book with tiny print. I think I would like the larger versions better (Great Fish and Shellfish and World Encyclopedia of Fish and Shellfish).
A compliment to any kitchen as is the one for vegetables
