This book is really more of a memoir or an ode to Newport. I was not a fan of the writing style and the jarring shifts of focus.

Writing this at the change of admiistration and observing Bush's attempt to claim credit for the country's safety since 9/11. It was under the Clinton administration that the clues were missed. Will it happen again, have mistakes documented in this book been corrected ?

I thought this would be boring, but it is a page-turner.
