It has a lot of interesting recipes, usefully supplementing the basic recipes in the manual for the machine. The recipes all call for active dry yeast, which means some rethinking is required to use instant or specialty "bread machine" yeast.
I've been using this book for 3 years. Like most of the receipes I've tried. I do not use the sourdough receipes and some with "wet" ingredients don't always work. I prefer whole grain breads and am looking for a book with more in that category.
