Il più bel saggio di estetica (scritto da un occidentale) che abbia letto sino ad ora sul Giappone.
La sensibilità e la bravura di Calza aiutano sia lo specialista sia il neofita ad avvicinarsi al "gusto" nipponico e a scalfire una possibile comprensione della grazia e della sensibilità nell'arte e nella vita dei Giapponesi.Una lettura e rilettura vivamente consigliate.
