The artist and craftsman Hundertwasser was born in Vienna in 1928 as Friedrich Stowasser.

Hundertwasser’s rejection of the rectangular in architecture is perhaps the most defining aspect of his work. A very interesting book about a sculptor that's little-known today. As an art novice, I especially liked the discussions of what to look for in the sculptures.
