My four-year-old loves robots and was drawn by this book's bright pages full of photographs of almost every type of robot imaginable. We went through page by page, reading each main caption and then reading through the sub-headings in the order that Woodes (my son) chose. This book is very informative and covers a plethora of different types of robots, telling about real-life robots of the present and past, ideas for robots of the future, and robot competitions. Very exciting for your robot show more enthusiast! show less
I think any of the Eyewitness Books will be great for ESL. They explain everything so well and have great pictures. Would be great for ESL to help with concepts and English vocab.
Take a detailed look at the fascinating world of robots - from the earliest single-task machines to the advanced intelligence of robots with feelings. Young readers will be amazed to learn all that robots can do: perform delicate surgical operations, clean city sewers, work as museum tour guides, or even battle each other in combat. Find out how humans have created these mechanical minds and bodies.
This book is about different kinds of rotobots. This would be great for schoolagers.
