The mouth is effective only if our words are as good as our deeds. She then subdivides every part into three more parts: the body, the mind and the spirit.

The beautiful show more illustrations are the work of Paddy Bruce, who studied in London, Mexico City, and San Miguel de Allende in Mexico where she discovered milagros and the diverse arts of Mexican culture. show less
