Young meteors : British photojournalism, 1957-1965 by Martin Harrison

Could benefit from some basic editorial apparatus, like list of illustrations, bibliography, index. Overall I enjoyed the book and probably would have enjoyed it even more if I had the expertise to understand some of the more technical discussion.
