Nothing earth shattering in this book but a nice look at high-end retail. Author has a good way of telling stories in a way that proves his point and captures readers' attention - even if retail isn't their business.

A good read but not as good as his first book. His voice seemed lost in a business how-to but a fun look at a store I don't make enough money to even walk into.
