Reviews
Not the book I was looking for and knowing some of the cases, the morality was questionable.
As much a philosophical defense of the necessity of free speech on a college campus as a practical guide to how to protect it. In other words, it will inspire you to fight as well as help you to do so!
This book's a little over the top. Silverglate is writing about cases where he was the defense attorney, and his presentation is thus biased.
A conservative critique of the modern university.
