Reviews
Sprightly text and rich illustrations with a touch of humor. Overall, one of the better versions of the faery tale.
Grades 2 and up. A traditional retelling of Sleeping Beauty. Perfect for comparison with other versions of the fairy tale. The illustrator created tapestry-style borders for the text pages, which could be used as an example of how an illustrator weaves additional information into the artwork for a book.
