Brooke was just one of the women who have recently been captured and thrown into a cold basement for unknown reasons. She does her best to survive and stay alert, but hope starts to dwindle as the girls slowly succumb to hypothermia. They are saved by Special Force operatives who have been sent in search of the missing women. During their rescue the three show more brothers Coulter, Trace, and Corbin Thornell notice a strong pull toward Brooke. Once everyone is safe they start to grow fond of Brooke and begin to court her. Unfortunately there is a leak in their midst and now they are on a race against time to find them and keep the women safe.
This was a fast paced and fun start to what promises to be a great new series. The writing was really well done and there were a few surprises along the way as well. I was kept guessing on who the leak was until the very end.
Brooke is a kind and strong woman who is used to getting by on her own. I liked that she kept her independent spirit even after the ordeal she had been through. She really gave the brothers a run for their money when it came to stubbornness as well and that led to some interesting fights and make up sessions.
The boys are all wonderful men who have kind hearts, but they are all very dominant and I had a great time seeing how Brooke handled them.

Wowza!! This is a hot and steamy read!! I love a sexy menage!! And the story is interesting. A problem I have found with this series is once they start having sexy the story falls away a bit.

I am hooked on the series so I will keep reading I just hope the writing improves. I would like the intrigue to be more than an after thought in the end.

I absolutely adore Becca Van’s books and this one was no exception. Her world was fun and adventurous just like her characters and the fast paced environment really sets the mood for her characters.
Giles, Remy, and Brandon are have different personalities that all complement each other and as always I loved getting to know each and every one of them. These ex-cops know how to handle their weapon’s and women. The interaction between them and Kayli was great to read and had me laughing and fanning myself at times in the same sentence.
Kayli was no pushover and I really liked this about her. She was a strong heroine and knew how to take care of herself, but she also knew when to ask for help. I really admired that about her because I believe sometimes asking for help is the hardest thing a person can do.
I recommend this book to all fan’s of Becca Van and those who love a lot of action with their ménages. show less

Good plot. Really really disliked the whole career = death, baby and staying home = life bullshit. Ruined the story for me.
