For a free book, this is pretty nice. It has some nice ideas, simple preparations and tasty combinations. I look forward to trying some of them. It would be a nice cookbook for someone setting up a home. Most of the recipes do not depend on premade products, though some do. There are a couple of silly ones, such as a recipe for Bisquick pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream. Doesn't take a master chef to think that one up.

Read this cookbook and found several recipes that sounded great and were easy to do. After attempting these recipes and having a huge failure decided not to attempt more!
