This textbook is a good overview of marketing for individuals for whom marketing will not be their main focus of their career. It includes marketing strategy, product positioning via price, place, and promotion and from the customer's perspective, and is update enough that the sections on social media are relevant and helpful.
I did not, however, enjoy the lack of editing--it felt like there were a lot of typos in the book, and the informal style of writing.
