Ken Light

This is an odd little volume. It's full of photographic trivia and where it truly shines is when considered in its entirety - it's quite an overview of the photojournalism history and the issues that are these days coming to a head. The book has pretty good gender balance for which I am grateful, but I wish it had better international representation. There is got to be a Japanese or Chinese photographer we should no about. However, the editors had to draw the line somewhere.
