Beautiful fading photographs (with a delightful lavender cast) of a carefully selected world-gone-by. How can you not love it? I keep wanting to ditch it, but I've had it for 38 years now, and I just can't!

A useful introduction to colonial artists in Australia though, mysteriously, without an author. The text is well written, perhaps all taken from Bernard Smith?
