Lane Smith is one of my favorite illustrators. His work is so fun, and really shines alongside Heide's silly, witty text. Recommended for princesses, kite fliers, and anyone with uncommon abilities.

this book is a picture book that uses humor to help children relate to the fears being depicted by the illustrations, and view them in a more humorous manner. I think this a good book to use with children to help them accept their fears, because it is ok to be scared, and also to help them to cope with fear by viewing their fears from a funny perspective.
