Reviews
A book purporting to be a scholarly study of sexual practices and mores in Asia and Africa, but which in fact is full of stereotypes, prejudices, and anecdotes aimed at titillation. I would recommend it only as an example of such bias, or as pornography.
We now recognize the inseperable relationship between the mind and the body; yet we reamin unware of the ways we misuse our bodies, and what we could do to improve the way we feel move and act. This book presentsa a program of psychophysical exercises that enable us to literally change our bodies, teaching us more pleasurable and efficient ways of functioning.
