About My Library

I live in a small flat (apartment) with my library, so the main thing you notice about it are the books which have colonised all the flat surfaces. I made the mistake of experimenting with Ebooks but I now realise that they are soulless things and have largely gone back to paper unless the book in question is colossally expensive (I'm talking a weeks' pay or more here as well).

I struggle with anything written before 1950, especially, thanks to an Austen fangirl English teacher, any kind of Regency romance which I would need a gun to my temple to pick up.

Other than that, I'll consider most things with words on them.
