Hello all! If you are a romance reader consider sharing your reading goals for 2022. Now, I don't just read romance although I know I read more romance than anything else. I'm sharing my overall goal for reading romance and other. I'm going to shoot for 150 books. Right now I'm at 133 for 2021. Not sure if I'll make it to 150 but if I don't that's ok too.

Currently reading: With You Forever by Chloe Liese. It is the 4th book in her Bergman Brothers series. Very good series!
I also just finished the Grayson Falls series by A. M. Mahler. I really loved those books. They are about 6 half siblings who have the same mother but grew up separately. I love how they are brought together and make a new family for themselves. The first book is The Good Race

I think my goal for 2022 is to actually keep track of what I am reading and maybe try to add in a few reviews. My worry is that I am reading too many similar books and this might help me branch out a little.

I also want to finally get all of my Harlequin books cataloged here on LT.

About half of my reading is romance. The other half is mystery. There are a few other genres thrown in for a little variety.

I've been thinking about my reading goals for next year, but haven't come up with anything definite yet. I guess that's something to work on over the holiday weekend.

>2 genesisdiem: Those are great goals! Joining this site years ago was how I first started keeping track of my reading. I didn't write reviews at first, I just entered the books and gave stars. In the last few years I started trying to leave a review for every book and I've done pretty well. Some reviews are better than others, but I keep working on it.
How many Harlequins to you have? Do you have a lot of old ones? My mom used to have tons of them, but I don't know what happened to them. She most have donated them somewhere along the line.

>3 Hope_H: I like to set some general goals, but if I don't get there I don't beat myself up about it either. I want reading to be enjoyable. This past year I took part in a few challenges online and did better in some than others. The best part was learning what everyone else was reading and discussing the books.

Hello all! I can't believe it is almost Thanksgiving already. It must be my age that makes time go so fast. Some of my most recent reads are The Smallest Moments, Destruction: Dogs of War, Dakota Peace, and Forever After. My favorite of these is Dakota Peace which takes place in South Dakota.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving

>4 sdbookhound: I have 530 on my Harlequin ebook shelf and probably near the same on my Amazon ebook shelf. I read a few of the newer ones but I can't really equate the stories about dating now to what I experienced in my time dating. So I tend to read more of the Treasury 90s series.

I don't think the earlier ones are digitized yet but of the hardcopies I've read, I think some editing is needed for some of the M&B especially to make them a little more "pc".

>7 genesisdiem: That is probably true.
