Export frozen

Hi there, I have an export which seems to be stuck. Message reads "You have 1 export waiting or in progress. Please wait for these to complete before starting a new export. 1 currently processing." any suggestions?

Please try again and let us know if it still doesn't work. It should be cleared up now.

Mine hasn't cleared up even though I signed out and trashed cookies.
