This is an exciting little cookbook that was a delightful surprise. The author has worked in New York restaurants and it shows--for a book about just one thing, burgers, it certainly has a lot of helpful information. I also appreciate how he describes the recipes, sticking to what to expect from the recipe rather than mere excitement or antidotal information as many less professional cookbooks do.
