If you are a lover of good food, particularly fish, this book will make your mouth water as you read. A compilation of accounts to establish sustainable fisheries, recipes and some luscious photography by Adam Woolfitt , Cornish Fishing & Seafood, was written by Carol Trewin described by West Country chefs and agriculturists as "the most passionate champion for both farmers and local produce". The recipes are provided by local fishermen and chefs accompanied by those mouth-watering photographs.

Carol was originally a BBC Broadcast journalist on the Farming radio program, then became the Food Editor of the Western Morning News in England, she is the author of six books on food, farm produce and fishing, all strongly based on the Cornwall show more and Devon region. She regrettably died in 2009, after a three-year fight with leukemia before completing her last book. show less
