Eat to Win contains information for athletes or nutritionist on how to help or become a great athlete. This books tells you all the wrong foods and drinks to consume before, during, and after games. The information that is given is very helpful and easy to understand. There are few miss spellings in this book but it's old. Also this book is a great read for a senior in high school to a junior in college.
