I love this book's title: instruction, motivation and humor all in one. However, the rest of the book is not as special. A good, solid book with meditation instructions and personal experiences. A good meditation companion, but not better than others.

Graceful, clear user-friendly instructions for mindfulness.
This is a wonderful book about creating your own meditation retreat (instead of having to go away to a meditation center for a weekend). It's written in a fun, encouraging tone, and I actually did a retreat like this a few years ago. It was terrific.

This is a self-guided meditation retreat that takes place over an evening / full day / morning. Turn phone ringers off, set devices to airplane mode and you can develop wisdom at home.
