The memoir of a journalist who spent a year covering riots in the US. The writing is undistinguished. What is the book good for? Well, it documents the "gaslighting" by the media which occurred over and over again and the politicized dispensation of justice. Much more useful as a reference work than a narrative.
Tried the audiobook first, it was horrible.
Book is decently written and his vids back some of his stuff up.
Is it biased, well, yes it is. Still, seems like a believable account of certain events.
If anyone has similar books from a source with a different bias (preferably an on-the-field reporter like Rosas), please recommend.
