I think this was one of my first cookbooks. I've had it for over 60 years, and it's falling apart. But it's an old friend, and my go-to for the Split Pea Soup from Andersons of Buellton, California. Except I do add a ham bone to the recipe.
Lots of mid-century modern ideas, predominantly with recipes, but some without, bad cross-references and an incorrect index.
Cream Puff Canapés, p. 299, idea without recipes, so King Arthur Flour online recipe; easy and good.
Also published with a yellow cover.
