This is a no frills natural health advice manual...easy to read, easy to understand and easy to apply the suggested remedies which are basically almost the same for all ailments, except with a few changes.....Flax Seed Oil, CoQ10, B vitamins, C vitamins, are basically staples everyone should have in their homes....
