A malfunctioning computer sends a command to attack the Soviet Union. I didn't expect this to be as good as Dr. Strangelove, but it even manages to be worse on its own terms, on every level. The scenario is less believable, it's less suspenseful, and the characters and dialog are so completely awful they manage to be less natural than Strangelove - an overtly silly movie.
