This might get rather overlooked with the plethora of all that has come since but this hefty book is dense with valuable information (albeit not presented in the most welcoming format) about ingredients with very many excellent recipes.
If you want classic high fat high sugar recipes read this book. How good then that there are delicious recipes elsewhere that a low fat and high taste.
Found in surprisingly good condition heinously buried under the collapsed chimney in the attic. Who knows how long it had been there, what sacrilige!
