About me(I'm about 3/4 done entering our books! Boy do these boxes of books seem to stare at me, begging to be logged in!)

I am a Christian homeschooling mom to 5 children (4 are school-age). I've loved books and reading them as long as I can remember. I could stay hours in a bookstore- a used bookstore is even better! I enjoy collecting antique and vintage books- for the history behind them (imagining who held that book in their hands many years before) and old books double as great accessories for the home (stacked on end tables, etc).

I enjoy supporting new moms, pregnant women, breastfeeding moms and chatting about other health topics. I am a photographer. I also enjoy scrapbooking, when I have time- ha ha ha!

About my libraryMany of our books are for homeschooling purposes and for snuggling on the sofa to read together. I also read many Christian, homeschooling & parenting "how-to" books to encourage and help me grow spiritually. My interests in family/women's health (pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, etc) shows, as well, in the books we own.

I get rid of most adult fiction (and non-fiction that aren't good) books as soon as I read them as I have no room to store them!
