Tom Kenyon

I wasn't very taken by the first track, the 22-minute vacation, since I'm a bit disenchanted with that sort of guided meditation. But I have occasionally felt quite refreshed after listening to it. Sometimes I fall asleep while listening to it (which is what I'm interested in), sometimes not.

I generally fall asleep quite quickly when listening to the second track, the 24-minute nap. It is also quite enjoyable to listen to, as is the third track, Sweet Delta. These two latter tracks must show more stimulate some centres in the brain connected with pleasure. Once I woke up in the middle of either track 2 or 3, and felt listening to the music to be extremely pleasant, almost euphoric. It was a state I hadn't experienced before, not exactly like that anyway.

Re Sweet Delta, I've only tried once to get to sleep while listening to it (without head phones) and it didn't really work. It's the track that is specifically designed to help you get a good night's sleep. But then I was excessively tired, as it was 7 in the morning and I hadn't got to sleep yet.

All in all, I'm quite content with this CD, since the 24-minute nap works for me. So I feel I can recommend it as one well worth buying, if you need help with sleeping or relaxing. show less

This is a wonderful book. Tom Kenyon begins by presenting the channelled story of Mary Magdalen. She tells of her life with, and deep love for, Yeshua, whom we otherwise know as Jesus. Magdalen tells us how she loved Yeshua deeply at first sight, about their daughter Sar’h, and her own present life with him in “heaven”, which is “a place in the soul”. She rests there with his presence “through all time and space”.

Magdalen also recounts that she was an initiate of Isis, as show more indeed Mary, the mother of Yeshua, also was. Magdalen discloses to us the Sexual Magic of Isis and the Alchemies of Horus.

The path to Sacred Relationship through the sex magic of Isis, presented by Magdalen, is the road to “Godhood”, as is the solitary path that a single individual can follow through the Alchemies of Horus.

The central key is the strengthening of the Ka (an energetic duplicate of the physical body) through ecstatic states of consciousness.

Isis herself came to Magdalen and asked her to tell her story. She reveals “the last secret” that Spirit, the male principle, in order to return to itself through its journey into Matter, requires the aid of the feminine principle, the “Intelligence of Matter itself”.

I found the teachings presented by Magdalen and the subsequent alchemical teachings of Tom Kenyon, to be fascinating but somewhat challenging though clearly explained.

The essence of the book’s content is Sacred Relationship, to which Tom and his partner Judi have committed themselves.

Judi was asked by Magdalen to write her own personal story, since Magdalen was of the opinion that Judi’s story would speak to many women, it dealing with the “return of the feminine to a place of honor and power”

I personally found Judi’s story to be transformative, illuminating and deeply moving. I recently reviewed a book entitled “Conscious loving”, and this book had as one of its main precepts to tell the “microscopic truth” in marital relationships. In Judi’s story she echoes this precept – she instils in us the need to delve deeply into our personal truth and express our emotions as precisely as we can in everything that affects our partnership.

Here, I really understood something basic as regards such relationships, perhaps all relationships. I learnt to better understand and appreciate a member of my family and her need to pursue what is bothering her. I was and am deeply grateful for the understanding I gained from Judi’s personal story. I understood that in the alchemical process which a Sacred Relationship constitutes, the furnace gets hot – it needs to get hot so that the dross can be burnt off.

We hear Judi’s story from the beginning. She was abandoned by her birth mother and eventually ended by being brought up by a severe, religious woman whom she called “Queen Victoria”. Through a series of hardships and abusive relationships, the adult Judi learnt the importance of expressing her Truth and eventually ended up together with Tom and engaged on the path of Sacred Relationship.

I found Judi’s story and path of development amazing – this was for me the most engaging section of the book, though of course the integral part is the marvellous story and teachings of the Magdalen.

This is a wonderfully expressed and poetic book. Tom, the Magdalen and Judi are all masters of eloquence.

Tom Kenyon has an amazing voice that spans almost four octaves. His voice is a gift from the gods, and his use of it is a gift to humanity.

This CD was channelled from 32 spirit healers from "diverse realms of consciousness", from shamans to angelic beings. The first two tracks were "laid down" by the Hathors, and thereafter the 32 beings made their contribution. All these tracks were then "mixed and layered", and the CD we are presented with consists of one 20 minute track that is repeated show more twice. i.e. there are three identical tracks, one after the other.

The recording was made primarily to help people in Africa suffering from HIV/AIDS and cancer. I myself have several autoimmune ailments, so I thought this CD might help me.

However, the recording addresses immunity on many levels, including emotional and spiritual.

Toward the end of the recording both (Mary) Magdalen and Yeshua (Jesus) contribute to the healing choir, though in the final mix we listeners cannot distinguish which are their voices (at least I can't).

According to Tom Kenyon, the recording constitutes a "potent force of spiritual purification", which may be the main source of its power. Mental, emotional and spiritual negativity or toxicity is drawn from us and a space created within us for our own spiritual light to "anchor more deeply and ... manifest more clearly". Kenyon calls his programme "a co-creative matrix". While we listen to these healing sounds we must focus on various areas as directed, so we ourselves play our part in the healing. We are given various choices as to what to focus on/visualize. For example, we can focus on the thymus gland below the sternum and imagine the sounds coming out of this area. Or we can imagine that the voices are emanating from all the cells in our body, a chorus of a trillion voices. This has a strong effect, as you can imagine.

In the track with the sound of running water you can imagine, for instance, that you are in a stream whose healing waters are washing over and through you. Since there are also sounds of the wind in this track, it reminds me of a rainy, stormy day in the Scottish Highlands.

You can also use the CD for spiritual purification, simply by listening to it with your full attention.

In the CD I received all instructions were in German, which is not easy for me to read, but I got access to the English version on Kenyon's web site.

I find this recording to be deeply moving, uplifting, relaxing and comforting. Some of the voices go straight to my heart chakra, giving me a wonderful feeling. Specifically these are a particular deep voice in the basic track (I think there is only one), and higher voices in the "water" track. I feel these voices purify my heart chakra. Sometimes while listening I feel itching in various parts of the body, for me a sign of healing.

I try to find time to listen to the recording every day. It's much too early to say anything about any physical benefit to me from listening to the recording, but I can definitely feel the spiritual purification.

I highly recommend that you buy this CD, and this applies particularly for those with a compromised immune system. show less

This set of two CDs is wonderful, as are all Tom Kenyon's CDs, apparently.

The first track "opens a portal to the angelic realms". I find this track deeply moving.

There are seven more tracks with Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Zadkiel, Ariel (Uriel), Chumuel (Chamuel) and, finally, Metatron, one track for each Archangel.

Michael "severs all negative impediments, all limitations that you are willing to offer up".

Gabriel "sounds the entrance of a new .... spiritual order". His sounds "can show more cause impediments to collapse". I found his sounds forceful, masculine, powerful, transformational, They vibrated through my body, my being. After about ten minutes I let go of resistance, and gave myself over to Gabriel's sounds - I let go, let Gabriel!

Raphael is a healing angel who heals on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. His sounds are gentler than those of Gabriel. When listening to this track, I tell Raphael the problem/s I would like him to heal, on all levels, and thank him for doing so.

Zadkiel "devours and transforms deep negativity". He "renews you as deeply as you will allow".

Ariel (Uriel) is also a healing angel, but he heals "through direct contact with one's own divine nature".

Chumuel(Chamuel)"amplifies the actions of the previous angels".

The sounds of Metatron "move into the very atoms of your being". He sets the movements of the previous Archangels in place. Fittingly, the sounds of this most powerful Archangel, "master of the subatomic and atomic worlds", are presented in the final track of the second CD.

With all the angels except Raphael you begin by focusing on your crown, the top of your head, and allow the sounds to move through your being.

I felt the sounds of all these angels to be absolutely powerful, moving, cleansing and transformational. I felt the effects of the sounds, particuarly the higher sounds, primarily in my heart chakra, while the deep sounds seemed to vibrate through my whole being.

I have never previously encountered anything even approximating these transformative sounds, transmitted through Tom Kenyon's unique and marvellous voice, which according to Virginia Essene in her introduction to her and Tom's book "The Hathor Material" has a "four and one-half octave vocal range".
