I probably would have rated it higher if it had been a "clean romance" genre entry and would have rated it higher if the ending hadn't come at such an odd point. Definitely a play to get readers to buy the next book--a bit too obvious for my taste--and let's face it, if it's the genre I think it is, the two will end up together by the end of the series.
I like the friendship between Sade, Khloe, and Julie even though Khloe and Julie do push Sade into things that I'm not sure true friends show more should. I like that they planned a vacation together before they each split off to her own career in different locations.
Trent is definitely lucky he has competent people overseeing his business(es) because he seems to do little work the week that Sade is vacationing there. I can totally understand his desire to not be the center of the party all the time and just to spend time with his dog at times. show less

Ugh, I'm four chapters in and it's already hateful. Beautiful but curvy ballerina Audrey is the object of Hockey Captain's desire. But, she's too good for him (she is in love with him, his POV says she's too good for him); The hockey fans who are women and like sex are Ice Queens and they are all wh0res (language from the book) and women are messy and a ton of whining work. In a conversation in the fourth chapter, Audrey walk away from an erect Lucas, then the "head ice queen" offers him a show more release. This is all a bit misogynistic, and I can't take it.
I can't think of a reason to continue on. show less

This was so bad. The hero is an absolute A***. He has no redeeming qualities. He screws up again and again repeatedly. The heroine is an absolute doormat. She keeps going back without any reason or any corrections done by him. Her only excuse is the sex is good and she cant resist.
Hero motivation for all this nonsense is some toy he was denied when he was a kid
Cant imagine such characters in this day and age.
All in all very poorly written characters, and motivations not convincing.
Others can show more definitely give this a miss show less

Omg! What a great ride!
I loved that Addy and Mason bickered and insulted each other in the beginning then one night things changed, for the both of them.
This was a great read. Very few typos (love that), great imagery, and a great balance. Not a rush. Had a hard time going to sleep because I wanted to keep reading.
