Reduced facsimile reprint with a new introduction by Anne Crawford, 1992. These are the household books of Sir John Howard (Duke of Norfolk), covering the years 1461-71 and 1481-3. First published in 1841 and 1844, this new edition also contains editions of some previously unpublished manuscripts. This substantial volume contains l [50] pp. reduced facsimiles of pp. 149-621 and 1-525 of the original edition, plus a 54-page modern index.
