Much more accessible than the Herbfarm cookbook, with great recipes.
A classic. I think this will prove to be influential on the cooking of Northwest foodies for years to come.
Traunfelds restaurant (just outside of Seattle), which seats 50, draws herbs from its own 12-acre farm. Probably not interested in this one
