Want to know what berries are good to eat or what plants can be used for medicinal purposes? This is right up your alley. The size of the book is a bit unwieldy, but it remains a valuable resource.

a great overview of self suffiency. many things dont go into enough depth for a complete understanding. but hey, you cant expect everything from this book.
