How people change by Allen Wheelis

There are so many things wrong with this book. Ultimately it felt like a pseudo-philosophical treatise against behaviorism with a creative nonfiction essay thrown in for posterity. I did learn a great deal, particularly how a book written about freedom can reveal intense bondage to despair.
