Probably the most comprehensive guide for youth workers there is. Starts with an intro to understanding crises, especially as they apply to teens. Covers everything from how to help without hurting yourself, legal considerations, today's culture, and referral. Devotes more than 100 pages to dealing with specific crises such as cheating, rape, pregnancy, suicide, terror and many more. A great reference to have on hand!
