Ruth Bass

A great resource for gardeners who like to cook. Contains a lot of delicious recipes for appetizers, soups, and main dishes using fresh vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, jalapenos, etc. There's even the occasional dessert. I would have liked photographs of the prepared dishes or the vegetables themselves (the pictures are all drawings of vegetables and herbs) added, but other than that this cookbook is wonderful.
