Wow. Hedh is the real thing, an old school pastry chef. This is the ice cream book for serious cooks, food nerds and people who aren't scared of degrees Brix. Lovingly, lushly photographed. There are some weird turns of phrase that one assumes come from translating- but overall this is top-notch food porn. Only food porn with recipes! I want 90% of these ice creams. Tonight would be good.
A book about Swedish breads. Many interesting recipes. Amount are often for several loaves, but recipes are easily cut down. Some typos in the translation to English, but easily corrected. I wouldn't use it for a beginner, though. Many of his recipes are a little high in fat, in my opinion, but this can be easily corrected. Good Northern European rye recipes.
Covers almost all types of breads, with beautiful and numerous photos.
En mycket genomtänkt bok som inte bara tar upp många olika tårtrecept utan även olika typer av bottnar och fyllningar och förklarar även de olika skillnaderna mellan dem.
Perfekt bok för alla brödbakare, särskilt om man vill testa surdeg.
