I think it is the most insane book I have ever read. Though one of the most hooking ones. Because the insanity you are watching through the book is just normal insanity. You know, these crazy thoughts that go round your mind from time to time and that are so insane you wouldn’t consider a second confessing them, even to your psych. It is sometimes so insane it becomes unbearable to read and I found myself putting down the book on the table for some hours before being attracted back, not show more really against my will.
So it is one of those books that move you literally. Not that it gets you emotional. It gets you disgusted, outraged and most of all disturbed. Because finally you know you can be that insane. Because you know you can, just like everybody under specific circumstances, be outrageous and obnoxious. You may even have already been. It is where you are moved. It is so true and realistic your mind can do nothing but process this verbal violence, this harassment, and understand/learn something about itself. And move forward, progress.
And then the book leaves you with a scar. Like every good book should.

A book I would rather not have read. It is about a man who treats women badly to say the least. He is not afraid of murder, pimping or robbery let alone degrading multitudes of women of all ages. It is in fact pretty unpleasant. I would much rather read a football programme.
