Frank Owen (1893-1968) was an American author of children's anthologies (some with his wfe Ethel, as well as oriental fantasies many of which were published in Weird Tales. He also wrote 10 novels in the 1930s under the pseudonym Roswell Williams, including Women Without Love, Dark Destiny, and The Professional Virgin.
